Using a cone-like cage with fine net all round, the traditional Inle fisherman uses it to trap his prey within the cage and uses a long stick to plunge it. He would then lower the fine net that is attached on the outer side of the cone cage so that it will form a bigger pocket as receptacle before he lift it up to his boat.
